The Initial Ask

Aging Dynamics led and facilitated the transition of a community collaborative from a government agency (Jefferson County Public Health, aka Department of Health) to become an independent entity with a fiscal sponsor.

Deliverables

• Raise startup funds 

• Prepare grant application materials

• Hire and onboard a new Director

• Build a new organizational structure

• Define roles and responsibilities

• Integrate Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion (JEDI) principles into every action and organizational element including designing a more accessible hiring process

• Facilitate the Transitional Advisory Board

• Prepare detailed onboarding resources and an onboarding process for the new Director

Additional Accomplishments

As of 2022, Aging Dynamics raised $330,000 for 2 years with an additional $450,000 in the pipeline (invited to propose).
