Healthy JeffCo Alliance
Healthy JeffCo Alliance is a county-wide, cross-sector collaborative. It launched in 2020 in order to cultivate a connected, thriving community where health and opportunity are possible for all. After several initial planning sessions, the Alliance identified four to five priority areas on which to focus their attention.
They worked with Aging Dynamics from mid 2020-early 2022.
Our Deliverables
Establishing two workgroups with recruitment, facilitation, and collaboration support.
Coaching leadership on facilitation, building a collaborative, and leadership development
Producing an actionable report on the barriers and solutions to funding collaborative-led initiatives. It provides steps that community-based organizations and funders can take on their own and together to increase creativity, equity, and community power in developing and funding solutions.
