Program Designers
Together at Play and Song (TAPS) virtual program and in-person program were designed and facilitated by Shalom Park in Aurora, CO. It was originally designed by music therapists. The in-person group program was developed for assisted living residents and visiting toddlers with their guardians. During COVID-19 lockdowns, the team at Shalom Park quickly adapted it to be virtual.
The team at Shalom Park collaborated with the Aging Dynamics and LinkAGES team to adapt the program for this toolkit so that it can be offered by diverse facilitators, in person, virtual, or hybrid.
