The Ask

Hunger Free Golden (HFG) is a 15-member community-based collaborative in Golden, Colorado seeking to address hunger and food insecurity for all community members. As the community began to transition from an emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic and into recovery and rebuilding, the collaborative recognized a need for a new strategic plan. Aging Dynamics was engaged to facilitate a community-centered strategic planning process with extensive community engagement resulting in an action-oriented roadmap.
Following the completion of the strategic plan, Aging Dynamics was engaged again for strategic plan implementation, specifically the creation and management of a Community Advisory Council. Aging Dynamics began supporting HFG in 2021 and continues to the present.
