Our Approach

Rachel Cohen, Founder and CEO of Aging Dynamics, was initially engaged as a thought partner, evolving into a co-designer and facilitator. Drawing on her extensive experience in community engagement and planning, Rachel played a key role in shaping the program's framework. The Change Makers program was designed to be a transformative journey, combining guided courses, social connection through a cohort model, and access to CU Denver events and classes. Each session promotes introspection, allowing participants to explore their strengths, values, and identities while building essential skills such as curiosity and visioning. Rachel emphasizes the importance of relationship-building among participants, creating an environment of trust and support that continues beyond the program's duration. Alexa Ambrose, Aging Dynamics consultant, leads the social media marketing and graphic design of materials for the program.
