Aging-Dynamics employed active collaboration techniques to create a fun and dynamic learning and sharing environment, enabling staff from across the national affiliate network to quickly build teams, inventory existing efforts, assess the current policy, funding and competitive environments, and learn about best practices and models from diverse industries like technology, social services, housing and health to network. The design sprints were designed and facilitated by Aging-Dynamics to build skills, encourage relationship building across affiliates, encourage creativity while developing realistic new products/program ideas prioritizing sustainability.
